Hi Guys from the Forum , i am Chilean National and i sent my aplication to SINP in Oct. 2010 i got letter with confirmation received the Oct. 18 , i sent my aplication online. I can Trackk the status in the web site and i can Know i which step is it , But the status has been the same for the last 4 Months it says "Aplication Received" i sent a email to SINP wandering if the status will change in some moment depending in wich step is it, and they email me back saying that the status will change as soon as they start to process my aplication , Thats means that my aplication still is not in process coz my status is the same fro the las 4 months. I am Working here in saskatchewan already with a temporary Open work permit and i been here since August 2009 i am working in ae category NOC "B" so i sent my aplication under Skilled Worker , some one in the same situation as me? , i am wonder how long is going to take me get nominated and also what if my work permit expire i have to wait for the answer os SINP or i have to apply fot other work permit if it expire Before get My nomination?.
If you guys can help me Will be Great.

hi camaleon  I am also under SINP skilled worker category and filed my application last july2010, its been 7 months now but I haven't received yet any update except that it is now on process. I am hoping to receive my approval or any update within this month. I am praying for a fast processing. Goodluck to both of us. |

Thank you. I did not applied through online. I submit my application together with all the required documents by courier (DHL). Probably next week, I will submit my Temporary Work visa application. I'm not sure if I can submit my Permanent Residence visa and Temporary Work visa applications simultaneously. Any advise, please. Regards to all of us... |
