If an applicant graduates & works for a minimum of 960 hours in Saskatchewan , is it possible for them to submit the PNP application after leaving the country ? Or is it mandatory for the applicant to be in Canada for the process to be completed?

any help will be appreciated.

recently rules has changed best ways to call dpartment of multiculturism to settlement officer they definately help you that's why they getting paid don't trust any scrap blindly with any review these settlement officer are alway's updated .http://www.aeei.gov.sk.ca/Contact go this site and call them
