I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines, 23 years and currently working as a nurse. I want to immigrate in any parts of Canada but I don't have friends and relatives in Canada, no IELTS but I have more than enough for my settlement funds. I dealt with a Immigration Consultant but they charged me expensive fees! Anyone here could give advise on what I will have to do?

I appreciated any input.
