Hi, I am a single parent and applied under FSW1 last June 2010. I haven't include yet my daughter when I submitted my application to Sydney 'coz I just gave birth last July. My question is, if in case I pass from Sydney, will I be able to include my daughter in my application and submit it to Visa Office where I am at, and won't get rejected? The reason why I asked this is because I heard that they tend to reject the child of a single parent since given the situation they have, they won't be able to look for a job in Canada coz who's gonna look after the kid then... Any known experience like this?
You can include your baby anytime by paying application fee of $150, submitting copy of birth record, passport copy, photographs.
Visa office will not reject your application on the ground that u are single parent, they cant assume on their own that you will face difficulity in getting job. You can leave child in any day care centre and work in Canada.
