im a single mom and i want to sponsor my parents to come here.I just finished my maternity leave and am enrolled in a college so i have no income  last year to provide but my son's dad is willing to help me like to provide his employment letter stating his income and so with my two other sisters who are also working here in Canada though they are not yet permanent resident but can help in the financing while my parents are here..Do u think i have a chance to be with my parents here?

No, you won't meet the minimum income requirements.  Sorry.

If your spouse or common-law partner co-signs for you, your incomes will both be counted to meet the income requirements.  You would have to make $45,662 a year to be considered enough for 5 people, that's you, your spouse, your kid and your parents.  You can see that table at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5196E10.asp and it's called Table 4.  They will go by last years tax info.

Your sisters can not help you.

No, unless they are single under 18 and orphans, unless you live in Alberta, Sask, Manitoba, which have special programs.

Skokica: With regard to Shy's sisters my comment is very clear: "provided they are eligible". Perhaps, while working in Canada, they might be already in process to receive their PR under CEC or live-in-caregiver program and become eligible for sponsorship of their parents within next several months. As you may agree with me Shy, being in this difficult for her situation, needs to know all her options.

No, not necessary to work for a year.
Yes, if the spouse is willing to sign as a co-signer and makes enough money according to the LICO.  Here's the link to do the calculations.  Number of people is EVERYBODY in the household + number of people being sponsored.
