unfortunately teachers and IT managers are not needed at the moment. The quota is full for these NOC's.
thousands of applicants of this two categories are waiting like you; me, NGE, Rafin, prince56k.

keep an eye on Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Indian thread, everyone there is waiting except a few fractional applicants those have US/Canadian experience.

wait for 6-7 months more, let the announcement come in June 2010. everyone is waiting.

For those files with BF'D in 2003 further processing in the next 6 to 7 months is very very unlikely given the fact that VO has already huge backlog to be cleared off. 2006/07 applicants are still waiting to hear..

mmh

besides those pre 2006/2007 applicants, CIC would also be looking at post June 2010 applicants at a frequent rate.
Post 26 June/2010 applicants  comprises of more rather unusual professionals; Social worker, Restaurant and Food Service Managers, Pharmacists, Architects, Doctors,  Biologists. Enough of IT guys injected there in the year 2009-2010 and they are yet to put up a good show. until a good +ve show is depicted on HRSDC's statistics of 0213's, We IT guys gotta wait.
