Hi Quinny,
What is your nationality? And how many persons included in your application? They said if more than 1 person in the application usually takes more time to process, just like me, we are family 0f 4 thats why i havent receive any MR yet, MAYBE :-P

Quinny, You should receive MR by Dec or Jan next year assuming the old application are not subjected by the new processing time change (16months). Is your ecas still "application received" or in process now? |

It included the existing applicants.. Read what it says in CIC website The tables below indicate application processing times at Canadian visa offices outside Canada. The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2011. Hi Guys, any update? in process? MR ? or PPR?
the processing time shows on CIC is average from last year up until now, but lately, it's normally takes only 9-12 months to get visa from the AOR date, so dont' worry about 16 months , it's rare cases. good luck for all of us.

" File is still in active process."
What can one understand from such reply? Any Idea?
