I didnt get any letter from them but i got my file number by their email reply.
Here is their email address re-singapore-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
u can email them and hopefully they will reply you. Did u get ur file number yet? How did u know that they have started ur file processing from 24th sept? I knew it when i used my file number to log on in my E-cas PR account.
I know a Bengali guy who did sponsor her wife last year and their file processing started from 28th sept in Singapore and they got Visa by Dec 30.
So, Inshallah we will get our visa by that time.
My case is so simple as we dont have any children and i didnt go any country other that BD. And i just completed by BBA so hopefully my background check is not gonna take much time.

sadatul i went to cic.gc.ca and went to check application status entered information there and on there under pr status it says started processing sep 24. is this what u did? i hope my wifes appliation is done before new year also,my wife wants to start university in canada for january, and it would make our life much easier. did u do ielts?

No i went with my file number to check my status using my ( Applicant) info. Yes Inshallah we will get confirmation before new year. No I am not doing any IELTS coz i m from NSU and i dont require to do IELTS and that is what i got to know. U should email them asking about ur medical status, in the processing u will get ur file number. Thank you..

Hello ZZZ mine e-cas also shoing started processing from 23rd sept and nothing else. We didnt use any lawyer , we did everything by our own. Pray that we havent done anything wrong.
Did u sent any evidence of ur relationship? I have sent FB msg and an Email with 15 pics of our wedding reception and engagement, gaye holud. What do u think will that be enough?
What did ur lawyer said about the time we might required to complete the processing?
Hope we will get something new on ecas by next tuesday.

i dunno if you guys noticed but i recently checked the application processing times for singapore and it says 18 months it does not say 6 months or 9 mo ths or anything just says 18 months.

Hello everyone I'm new here... this is my first post.
As for ZZZ post ... Yes Canada Immigration recently changed their site and only lists the time-line for completion of 80% of the cases...
Before they use to list a time-lines of 30%, 50%, 80%, and 100% individually for completion of cases if you remember.
On the old site they listed as 6 months for 30% of cases... these would be cases that are simple and have no problems or missing documents... or don't require an interview.
So don't be alarmed when you now see 18 months... it was always like this for 80% of cases to be completed

I haven't heard anyone getting an AOR from Singapore and I asked people who went through Singapore and they didnt get an AOR either so I ma sure they wont send AOR to us.
@ ZZZ ..did u get any update from them? I was hoping to get update today as this is Tuesday. I also hope those evidences we sent is sufficient to prove genuinness of our relationship.
Plz update ur status time to time and let me know.
