Hi, We have finally decided that my husband should apply for a TRV. Now, can anybody please tell me if he needs any supporting doucments from me to submit with his TRV application (letter, bank statments, etc) ? Or, just submit the TRV with his personal letter and without any supporting documents from me? Thanks.
Yes, You require lots of supporting documents to prove that he will go back after his legitimite time is over (TRV). Let me know , I can give you an idea what documents you need to prepare.

Good then, you need to write a letter of invitation, that u invite ur hubby for couple of weeks months(max 6).Show that u have income(bank staTements),place that he could stay.letter from ur emplyer or letter stating that your child is at school and for that not possible 4u to go to visit him so u invite him for X time. He should show income(that he has money for the stay in canada(bank statements) That he can afford plane ticket and his expenses. He should provide papers(employer letter, family memeber, friends)that he has ties in Bangladesh. Otherwise they will believe he intent to stay in canada also that u applied for PR. exemple of ties(letter from employer stating he has 2months off...And he will return back to his workplace after that time) (Family writiing a leter:exple his sister's wedding is after the date he return to bd) and so on... Theres possibility to have TVR but very slight. thats the little info i could give u as provided by one of the member few months ago and instead of giving tvr they were so satisfied that they gave the PR. Maybe u should seek more info..from others thats all i know.also that guy had a letter from MP stating that he believes their relationship is genuinE and believe the applicant will return back once tvr expires....

Shaheenaz,
What shiny told you, these are the documents I also wanted to tell. Besides this if you are working you can include letter from your employer that you will not be able to travel for your job also. Shows as much money as possible to your husband's account in Bangladesh. He can include letter from his employer stating that he has contract with them. He can not leave the job before xxxxx date. So he shall return to BD.
Hope this will work. You have to prove that after his travel he is going to come back. Inshallah everything will be fine. All the best.

Please let me know what documents I need to prepare. I really appreciate this. Thanks much.
These documents would for sure make a strong application for TRV. It takes time to prepare but worth a try. Wish you good luck. I am not regular visitor of forum , but email me if i can be any help. Try to provide most documents notarized to make it acceptable. Financial documents also important from your and /or his parents to prove that he doesnt have any reason to stay illegally. ************************************************************************************* 1.very convincing invitation letter (certified by a notary public officer) 2.Letter from husband that he is going back stating his job and show tie that he will go back and no reason to stay illegaly where he has another file in process 3.Letter from your/his parents (to prove that he will go back and stress this in most of your letter) 4. Letter from MP 5.your tax paper 6. Letter from your/his employer 7. Notarized copy of marriage certificate 8. birth certificate 9. Notarized educational certificate 10.Travel insurance with policy number for him ( better if you buy one) 11. wedding pictures ( different program)

hi calvinh, it probably is a good sign. maybe check your emails or junk mails. i also got part of my proofs back last week with a ppr letter included dated 27-mar-12. got the pkg picked up from post office saturday as i was not around on delivery date. i didnt expect the ppr letter to be together in it as i read most get them from emails. maybe ppr letter was included on mine since i stay in singapore?? that i dont know? included on my pkg are our pics, postcards/cards, phone bills, plane tickets returned. the rest of the documents i guess stays at vo until application is completed. applied for sg police cert yesterday and it will take about 3-4wks to process for non-singaporean. everything is slow here. haisstt. Did you get PPR request by email as well ?? I really hope that I will get my PPR soon

nope i got mine together with the returned documents by postal mail. for some, they say they get their ppr by email. maybe u fall on that category! maybe it depends on your location or vo who handles the case. hopefully you get yours soon. try to email the sing vo to enquire if they sent other documents to you. ask them if they sent you ppr or additional docs by email.
