I cant remember but this form wasnt included with the application to sponsor spouse. But i think theres was a question on one of the paper to write the travel history for 10years,cant remember.If it wasnt incuded in the spousal sponsoring kit then i dont think its necessary.

Thanks. I think we did the same thing, just provided travel history for 10 years somewhere on a Form but not on IMM 5562 as it was not on the Document Checklist. I believe the new applicants will have to fill this out.

I think CAIPS (older system) is going to be replaced by GCMS (newer system) when all the visa offices around the world will complete the upgradation process. Until then, we might see either CAIPS or GCMS depending on the visa office we are involved with as some of the VOs have already been upgraded to the newer system and providing GCMS instead of CAIPS. Those haven't completed the upgradation process are still issuing CAIPS. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Did anybody submit IMM 5562 (travel history for the last 10 years) with your application package? Peoplea are talking about this Form lately. We submitted our application in Oct, 2011 and there was nothing like this on the Document Checklist, so we did not fill it out. Do we need it or don't? Can anybody answer, please?

What kind of visit details did you send? Is it Form 5562 (travel history for last 10 years) or something else? When did they ask for other supporting documents after you had submitted your initial application in July, 2011? Thanks.

hey ! i been applied caips notes  feb 22nd but insted they gave me  yesterday GCMS NOTES.there is nothing bring forward date. does anyone have idea about GCMS . how do i know my next Initial review or interview date ? officer wrote at down they suspicius our marrige. greatly appriciated for help. MAY ALLAH FULLFILL OUR DEEPLY DISIARE. AMEEN

On the notes that you have received, there should be a "Due Date"; this date is your "Bring Forward Date" and "Review Date". The number "1" next to decision status means that you have passed that part. Compare your notes with the above link and this should tell you about your interview date. Hope this helps.

respect regards & thanks  to provide so usefull information. i think due date is not bring forward date .cause my due date was  on there feb10 2012  but they did,t do anything .i belive they don,t meantion when will be interview  but after interview they put outcome. ONLY CAN PRAY O"ALLAH HELP US FOR THIS DIFFICULTY.

as far as i know, they wont't entertain phone calls with regards for application.

O MY GOD  ! I am going insane ! I have dreamed to night that Singapore working on my file since march 15,2012 ..Seriously I am going crazy  By the time my husband come to me I may no longer a normal person

LOL i am already insane n my hubby already noticed that long ago. Well maybe your dream means something, this ,morning when my alarm rang i jumped, and remember dreaming that i was playing with my baby that was sitting on my belly and my hsuaband was right beside us..If only good dream could be life real the very next day lol:(

You are welcome. When did you get your GCMS notes? If you got the GCMS notes in March, then they did look at your application in February. Probably that's why you see that they put a note at the bottom of your file. Bring Forward Date is not a interview date but tells us when the VO will look at our file next time. You can send a case specific enquiry and see if they respond. Thanks.
