Is there a trick to getting Singapore to answer an email?
I sent one off a week ago telling them that we sent off the requested documents 2 months ago and still haven't seen any notification on ecas that they've been received. Then I asked for confirmation that the documents were received.
I sent the email again yesterday, but still no reply.
What's the story here? Should I just keep re-sending over and over?

No one know when and which e-mail they reply. Do not keep resending e-mail again and again to them. Normally they have right to reply within 30 days. If you see no reply within 30 days then they will not reply back. Ecas never shows any status of receive notification. One time i send some supporting documents and asked them by e-mail if they received or not. i was lucky they reply that they received it. What is your current status of your file. If it is in process or address disappear then wait. Some time if they do not have same old info they do not reply. Best option contact with local MP to get current status of file and what they might send. |

Yea my first child is born, and now I am expecting my second. My first born has his citizenship card now and passport is ready in a few days. Yea there was a delay in mail from singapore asking for additional information on my first born and I didnt recieve the mail, only until I emailed them asking hows my application going they told me they sent me mail 7 months ago.
Thanks Vietcutieboy for your reply!! Can you share or assist me how to applying Proof of Citizenship and passport for the new born? I am currently in HCMH with my wife, and we are expecting our first new born in April and I am lost now don't know what steps to take and get ready for applying Proof of Citizenship & passport for my new born. Can you please guide me what documments and where I submitting my new born paper? Thanks in Advance, |

Normally you can print sms log from your monthly statement. Or if you use Android OS download backup app or backup to gmail then you an print from there. Mine i print from my gamil backup. It shows sender and receiver no. If you print from your monthly statement it does same. Fido or Rogers give unlimited TXT to international so you may not find that logs. Only option from Gmail backup logs. I think Suva is busy to pack up to fly. I did not get any answer yet from Singapore. No more e-mail reply  |

To receive post mail, it takes 7-12 days. Since you did not see IN Process. If positive they may ask more supporting documents (could be more pictures) or some other documents. Some time ask for passport too. Without see in process. Or could be resubmit IMM5406E again. If negative then interview list letter. I wish for positive one. |
