Actually there is nothing called "Luck",but you will have to try in proper way. Think like that, you are visa officer, and you are only allowed to give visa to those guys who have proper documents and proofs .Otherwise, you will loose your job.There is nothing personal between you and visa officer. All he needs, is proper documents. And there are lots of back door . There is no penalty for applying TRV , this is just for temporary visa. It will never affect your Permanent visa application. This is called "Dual Intent", nothing illegal. I read your previous posts,it seems to me , you are very afraid about these visa stuffs. Anyway, your case might be different than mine. I don't know lots about you. But you can give me call to discuss about these issues. I already sent my visa documents to two other friends found in this forum.And today is my birthday and i will be happy to assist all of you guys. You are right i am making a big deal but ive been married for 2years now.. I want to know how long it takes for the tvr processing time also the fees for that? and after how many months she had call for interview? I am thinking if i should apply ...I am waiting for my Caips note and see whats going on.. please don't leave this forum, i need to keep in touch if i ever need help:) thanks. Am happy for you! TRV processing time maximum 2 weeks. fees $75. After one week she got call for interview. She got her passport back today after 2 days of her interview.Medical completed day after interview. hopefully positive. they r working on it now.
Suva Singapore reply my e-mail, told me they received all my documents and photos and no extra info. All status remain same. Now its is time to get some answer. It is now on 6 month. Now i am worry did they take it negative or positive about my documents sending. |

Medical only if you want to apply for morethan 6 month TRV and comes in Winter in Canada |

Yes
Mirjahan is partially wrong, only medical . They will ask you what you will have to do. It's not like PR application, you have to do everything at the beginning. They will tell you if medical needed.But no Police clearance for sure. |
