Singapore VO never reply or answer about file status. Day by day Singapore VO approval rate is decreasing. It makes me more worry and kinda scary.

lol. I hear you there mirjahan. The longer it goes the more pessimistic I feel as well.

BUT, one thing that I now just did that helps a bit was look through this thread again. Earlier there were a few pretty scared fellas who were waiting for quite some time and I noticed looking at their updates under their names that many have had their wives/husbands visa'd or landed. Smiley

it's written on your immigration/PR card .Or any other immigration documents.
I got a number in my PR card named ID no. I think this is the client ID number. Thanks a lot. You really helped me a lot.
Thanks

One of my friends told me that if your spouse had non-machine readable passport, then you will call for an interview.
I am now become crazy and thinking all  sorts of possibility to call for an interview.

This is not a good reason. My wife has MRP passport. They call for an interview when they feel that relationship it may not genius and interview is for make sure.

I have three friends all of them have hand writing passport.
Only one call for interview and three of them have same time line.
I think interview is random.

Handwriting passport is valid until November 2015

Anyone know if this means we're nearly done?

Bear in mind that ECAS was never updated to my knowledge regarding Singapore VO sending back our photos and evidence, medical request, passport request.

I am wondering if this update is to reflect on the above action.

"Permanent Residence
We received Your Wife's application for permanent residence on January 20, 2011.

We started processing Your Wife's application on August 12, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on Your Wife's application. The office will contact Your Wife concerning this decision."

Hey bro,

Thanks for the support.

The funny thing is that they had already asked for her passport to be sent along with her updated medicals.  They were sent off about 2.5 weeks ago.

How are things with your file?
