Singapore timeline

Hi,

I send email to Singapore requesting to know current status of the application on Jan 24th,2012. I saw my wife's Address disappear within Next few days. Still not appeared in ECAS.
Any Idea why it can occur ?

I wait for email reply and also ppr about 2-3 weeks more. Did yiu send any email to Singapore to inow if they send anything liie my sister did.i am still worry did they send or they will or not. In confuse mode and worry.

don't worry too much atleast u get updates from ecas lately and might be ur letter for ppr is just delayed
but on the way to ur wife. ur still within less than a month when ur file turned "in process" and still within suva's timeline.
as for me, i've been in process from 8th dec 2011 and no mails/emails received from singapore.
i have also enquired from singapore vo for 2 occassions - last jan 5 and 28 via email but no reply yet.
hopefully the address disappearance for me means waiting for letter for me to get pcc from singapore
and submit passport. if not then i guess it will take longer processing or need to submit recent
proofs of my spousal relationship. i will wait till end of next week if there is any update.
i will update here once i got something.

And address disappeared jan 27. Acually address updated.Me and my sister same address condition.. you are more than two months in process still no answer. Is your adress complete gone or updated like us? They did not reply my mail. I do not know what will happen. Do you see medical result received? I checked my sister file today it shows Medical result have been received. Mine was since 16 Jan,2012. I am confuse.

they didn't reply my enquiries as well... i'd asked them if they send me any email or letter!

hopefully both of us will get some updates before end of this week.
let's pray harder and hopefully we'll get our well deserved ppr.
good luck to us all and god be with our IO that they review swiftly and give us good results.  
it is really very taxing waiting for our vo in action, as we are seeing others moving very fast.
well, what can we do? i think let's be patient and make timely enqueries when needed.

i suggest u don't email them everytime.... let's say u enquire on them again before u go 1mos
after jan16 as mostly for our singapore forumers experience they get ppr after 1mos after they go "in process".

as for me probably maybe an outlier.... coz i see my case i got "in process" early but u applied >a month
ahead of me (my application started last aug26). i will give it until end of feb for my case.
if they don't issue me something then i'd ask my wife to get caips and i will send farther proofs of
my relationship is genuine and continuing.

to our fellow singapore applicants... pls enlighthen us more and give as ur views.

MY HUSBAND ALSO RECEIVED INTERVIEW LETTER ON OCTOBER 19 TO WAIT FOR AN INTERVIEW DATE AND TIME. AND OUR APPLICATION IS ALSO SAYING "APPLICATION RECEIVED" WITH YOUR NAME I THINK YOU ARE BANGLADESHI, ON THIS FORUM PEOPLE ARE SAYING WE MIGHT GET THE SECOND INTERVIEW LETTER BETWEEN 5TO 7 MONTHS AFTER RECEIVING THE FIRST LETTER FOR INTERVIEW. TO BE HONEST THERE'S NOTHING MUCH WE CAN DO NOW AS PER THE PAPER IT SAYS WE ARE NOT TO SEND ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT OR PROOFS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE REASON FOR THE INTERVIEW YOU MIGHT ORDER THE CAIPS NOTE. THEY SAY 24MONTHS BUT IT USUALLY DONT TAKE THAT LONG. I'm actually gathering info on behalf of my cousin who has applied for sponsorship in Mississauga. I will really appreciate if someone from here can predict a timeline for Bangladeshis.

From what I understood reading couple of the recent posts here is that:

• Upon sponsorship approval, you apply to Singapore.
• It takes 5/6 months on average to receive the first letter from Singapore.
• It can take upto 24 months (but normally it's less than that) from here for an actual interview if it's not waived.

Correct me if I'm wrong in any step progession. Thanks.

How do you know the date , ECAS ?
What is the line  written in your ECAS for the following :
"We received application for permanent residence on ...............??"

Is it like this, if status in ecas says application received for about 8 months or more that means a possible interview? It seems that way with what i have been reading but who can tell, just trying to crack the singapore code!

1.address disappeared after in process and medical received means ur PPR is on the way .wait 1 month from the date ecas went to in
   process, then send them email, because u have to submit PP withing 60 days from the letter issue date.

2.those who got the interview letters try to find out want went wrong and take the best preparation for the interview. it can take another 5/6 months for the letter mentioning the date for BD people.

3.applicants who are waiting to see any change in the ecas for a long time, please send more proofs to SG. few applicants' ecas changed
  to in process after they send documents for the 2nd time. so give it a try.
