Hi,

My timeline so far.... mailed the application April 2011, one month past and expected the letter. Gave it some time like 3 weeks after and nothing, then mail strike. Had to call and they didn't really tell me anything solid but told me they mailed the letter or emailed, they weren't sure but they would reissue it. Nothing happen again once mail strike was over. So I called again this time and I got info that the letter was mailed and what was on the letter, I was approved to sponsor and it was mailed to Singapore. And i guess it takes 30 days to reissue the letter and they said there is no tracking number in the letter, as well warned me it could take up to 2 years with Singapore. But is there a way to call Singapore to get an idea where you stand? I have to shape my vacation time cuz if its long I like to split it up to go see my wife twice, once to visit and the other to go get her. Plus if I never received anything will we ever? I mean if you can not talk to anyone and everything is like your bothering them how to know where you stand and what comes next?

anyways thanks to anyone who replies
later!

As there is a 68 page thread dedicated to Singapore and it's time line and everything else to do with that office I suggest you go here and start reading, everything you've asked is answered there.
