Sincere personal opinion needed from you guys.....do participate :-)

Hey Everyone,

    I got 6 bands in IELTS(R-6.5 ,L-6.5, W-6,S-5.5) , Bachelor(4 yrs) in CompSci(67%) , 10+2(74%) , 10th(81%) all in ENGLISH medium.

My dream is to apply in Canadian university for Masters in computer science...but now it is shattered   due to less bands.....and i cannot attend  IELTS exam again  coz deadlines for application are quite near...

So i want opinion that:-

1 Should I apply for any diploma programs (1 yr or 2yr) in CANADA coz some colleges hav 6 bands requirement.
2 My FAMILY dont want me to do any diploma courses(they want me to do Masters)..... so should i apply in different country (UK,US,AUS,NZ) where some universities accept 6 bands.So should i change the country preference just for master's degree.
3. which country would be better in this case.... 

So guys i want genuine opinion in this tough situation.... with genuine reasons...

You completed all your education in english medium so university may waive off IELTS sore card and you can provide current score card for visa application.No problem at all.

(2) If your deadline is near then wait and apply for jan-2013 in take. Meantime reappear for IELTS. If you are going to apply for sept-2012 intake then you will waist your time and money to complete diploma because your altimate goal is to pursue master degree.

(3) If you are considering Immigration than canada is better than other countries.

Its just my opinion. you are free to make your own decision.

i want to say that deadlines for jan 2013 intake are july 31 for some universities..... and are you confident that my IELTS will be waived off if I show my educational background.....are there any specific universities which hav such criteria??? or any of ur frend has got admission by such criteria
