A person who comes to visit on TRV/TRP , Do they have rights to search for an employer or not ?

Yes - they can look for an employer.

Last but not least, please sent me (1)  list of an Employers,
                                               (2)  list of Advocates/Lawyers for legal process.

(1) If you're looking for a list of employers that are willing to hire foreign workers - that list does not exist. You will have to search and apply for jobs just like everyone else through web sites such as monster.ca and the Canadian job bank - and hope you can find an employer who is willing to consider a foreign candidate.

(2) I don't have any personal experiences with immigration lawyers. Some have used David Cohen who pays for this forum. So you could try him if you're looking for legal representation.
