::::::: SIN CARD UPON LANDING ::::::: URGENT

I am landing at 1:30 in the afternoon on Lufthansa airways at Toronto airport. Is there a Services Canada Office located at the airport and can I apply for my SIN card at this office? Since my landing time is 1:30 in the afternoon, do I have enough time to get this done at the same location before the close of the office?

Service Canada office is not located at the airport, they would not be knowing that someone can be in that much of rush to land and fly back or get SIN. However it is near airport location in Malton http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/cgi-bin/hr-display.cgi?rc=3831&ln=eng.
It takes 10 minutes from airport to reach malton, at the most 20-30 minutes to get SIN and you can reach airport to flyback. The office closes at 4PM.

Point taken. I am not flying out of here anytime soon. Since I am landing during day time, I just wanted to take advantage in case there was a Service Canada office at the airport. But thanks for the information and providing the address for the nearest office. I appreciate it.
