My occupation is Quality Manager, what NOC I have to write?

as quality manager it can fall under
 
0211  Engineering Managers

 
0911  Manufacturing Managers
   or you can have your occupation be downgraded to other occupation with the same duties :)

Good that you are a quality manager. What type of department or product are you the manager, Is it quality control, production line, administrative?
