What is the difference between two. Which one will be quicker? I am living in US (Atlanta, GA ) for past 7 years first I was on Student Visa and now I been on work visa for 4 years. I was look at the website and its suggesting two methods to apply simplified application or regular for skilled worker. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp. I think I am eligible for regular and if it's quicker I would like to do regular

One can do regular application process if :“you have been lawfully admitted into the United States for a period of at least one year and you are submitting your application at the Canadian visa office in Buffalo”

Now I am living in Atlanta, GA, USA but I am assuming that I can submit my application to Buffalo office go with regular process if it's quicker.

please advice.

Thanks

It's not necessarily faster to do the regular method compared to the simplified method.

But since you're eligible to apply to Buffalo, you should do it.  Buffalo is faster than most of the other offices.
