Simplified Application Process To Fast Track Visa under Skilled Worker

Dear Friends,
 I had applied for Permanent immigration under Skilled category 4131 College and other vocational instructors in april 2007..got file no..Now I want to apply under fast track.. Do I need to withdraw the earlier application?
What is the process for it?
My score is 67+ points
Please do help!!!

Hi Daljeetmatharu,

Its your choice of withdrawal. You can have two application processed parallely as long as you will declare your 1st application in 2nd application . i mean if you declare that you already have one application in process.

Its same case with us also. My wife is primary applicant in first application and we are going to apply 2nd application in 4131 next month.

Hello,

I have also two application which were before the new rules prior the 2008 and after the new 2008 Feb. So now I have two application file no. So I think it would not be any problem at all.

Hi,

Please give me an advice! I submitted my simplified application in February of 2007 and then I sent a complete application with AEO to Singapore last October, 2008. I have been waiting for nearly a year without medical request yet. What do you think if I submit an other application to the processing center of Sydney because I am qualified for the 38 job list, the NOD code is 4131, a teacher of English in a university for 10 years?

  Have you consulted anybody regarding parallel processing of SAP and Fast track for 4131...if sure than respond immediately...

Hi,

Yes i got confirmation email from CIC,New Delhi that there can be two applications in parallel.
For your peace of mind you can do the same and email your local CIC .But note CIC new delhi took 10 days to reply to my email..
There is another aplicant replied to this post who applied two application without any trouble if you read it through..
