Right. The CIC website says:

Quote
You must use the regular application process if:

    * you have arranged employment in Canada or
    * you have been lawfully admitted to Canada for a period of at least one year and you are submitting your application to the Canadian visa office in Buffalo or
    * you have been lawfully admitted into the United States for a period of at least one year and you are submitting your application to the Canadian visa office in Buffalo
    * you are a provincial nominee
    * you have been selected by Quebec and intend to settle there.

If none of the three situations described above apply to you, you must use the simplified application process. See the Related Links section at the bottom of this page for more information.

The above situations (I count five, not three, but hey) do not relate to me, but of course when I scroll down to the Related Links section I am unable to find any further information on the SAP; I have even asked a savvy friend of mine to help me look and we've had no luck. I've read posts on here regarding the SAP and so it MUST be possible to find it somewhere! I've tried under the search function and the only link that comes up is a link to SAP for Business Immigrants - also not me. I know it involves a 3 page form and further information is requested at a later date but where the hell do I find this mythical 3 page form? Help anyone, please?

Thanks,

Mia

Sometimes I really wonder whether the CIC website knows it's me and just refuses to show me the information I need ;-)

I will be applying to the London office as a British citizen, in case this is relevant.

SAP ceased to exist in Feb/08, it was replaced by the FSW1,2.3. applications to Sydney.
