It's acknowledgement of receipt. You get it when your application is completely assessed.like a eligibility review.

It's acknowledgement of receipt. You get it when your application is completely assessed.like a eligibility review.

No, this isn't right.  You get an AOR when your application is reviewed for completeness (nothing missing); at this point, your application details are entered into the computer system and you receive your file number.  But it has not yet been assessed.
