signature in Financial Evaluation imm 1283?

Hi All,

In the document checklist imm 5287E, there is an instruction:

"Financial Evaluation (imm 1283) - to be completed and signed by you, the sponsor, and, if applicable, your co-signer".

However I cannot find any place to sign in the financial evaluation form .

if u are only sponsoring a spouse or a spouse that has kids use IMM 5481 and no signature but if you are sponsoring a spouse that has kids who hsa kids IMM 1283
