Sign the Application?
«
on:
September 15, 2009, 08:15:57 pm »
Hello
I have a doubt about the forms... I have the following forms:
Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (doesn't have a special place to write date nor to sign)
Schedule 1: Background Declaration (show a special place to write date and sign)
Schedule 3: Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers (doesn't have a special place to write date nor to sign)
Additional Family Information (show a special place to write date and sign)
So, the guide says: "The application must be signed and dated before is mailed. If your application is not signed and dated, It will be returned to you."
But there is not place in the Application form as I mentioned before... Do I have to firm and date in some empty place at the end of the form?...
If there anything more that I have to sign please tell me...
Thanks

Schedule 1 and the IMM 5406 only require signatures.

Keep in mind, if you attache an extra sheet, it would also be signed and dated.
