Yes, you can.

CHC (India) may ask for the source of money, so be ready with all receipts. It's quite rare to happen as such, but two months back when I got a request for 'the letter of deferral', I noticed one question on the attached form as 'a source of your money'.

I saw that you got admission at Humber College. I'm trying to apply to the same one but I can not pay the application fee by credit card until student number is assigned. I tried to fill in the request form for issuing this number, but I have problems to save it with my personal information. Would you like to share your experience of paying the application fee and getting this student number?
