my Ecas changed to "medical results have been received" ?? should this mean positivly that PR is close ? or is it going to take another two or three months or so (i have done medicals and sent them 2 months ago to CHC London)? please share your knowledge and thoughts about it .

Please help guys.

sure it is good sign. Whenever you received your medical that means you passed the background check and as soon as they observe that your medical is fine they will send you passport request which may take another 2 months on average depends on the Local visa office.
