Hey Friends,
I am applying for my Canadian PR from INDIA. My Husband is sponsoring for me. I have a couple of questions :
-> Should he also fill the Schedule-1 form apart from his sponsorship forms?(Because the form says you and your family members should fill the form)
-> For filing my PR,does he need to send copies of HIS passport?Is it necessary or just his PR card will do?

Schedule 1 says family members
if applicable
should fill in the form too. He is already a PR, so he is not immigrating, so he is not applicable. So he doesn't have to fill in that form.
He doesn't need to send his passport; but he may do so - basically, he should send a copy of it to prove any travel taken to visit you, as part of the 'relationship is genuine' evidence.

why don't you join "Thread for applicants of NEW DELHI 2010"! You will get lots of help over there as well......you can also check on other ND ppl's timeline and ask question if you have any or so on....btw goodluck wth all

To answer your question........
Schedule-1 is abt your family and he is excluded from here cos he is a PR, ex: if you have a kid who you would give them details here
For filing my PR,does he need to send copies of HIS passport? - YES, it is on the checklist..make sure you attach everythng on both your checklist..
He needs to send his pages showing stamps and first/last.. everything is there on the checklist.
