should i wait more to get approved

HI EVERYONE,
       MY APPL RECIVD  ON Feb 16 ,about 28 days , but when i log online to see whats new in my appl , still not updated , everytime i try to enter i get an error , so i cannot see anything online
   should i wait , or does it mean my appl has been refused , so they dont have to update it ( i hope not)

You should wait a another week or so then try again.

Way too early to be worried. It definitely takes more than 28 days. They update it regardless to say a decision has been made and then you get a approval or rejection letter. So no update means nothing.
