i have question for you all,

is it possible for the IO to refuse the application without the interview? obviously if the application was approved no need for an interview, but can they refuse the application if they suspect the relation is not geniune,without an interview?

in many casesof refusals  applications are refused without any interview ,tey can refuse it just based on the info provided on the application forms . dont take it for grantedthat once application is approved then no need for interview , its quite the reverse once application is approved then u need prepare for the interview its not in all cases anyway but most of the time they call for an interview especially for immigrants coming from africa and middle east . its also known that the immigrantion offices to which one belong play a role in this there are some offices that ar know for interviews like the one in pakistan and rabat and some are not like the Buffalo one .

well i dont know,i come from a country where we count 17 million, only 3.5million are actualy in the country,so its impossible to find someone who doesnt know about immigration,and all the people i know who applied thru the damascus office,which are ALOT, had no problems,and no one got refused prior an interview and who ever got approved did not have to do an interview.
