I got a letter from canadian Embassy, your Visa  is forwarded to IOM. please contact IOM for further procedure...now i am confused whether to quit my job or not?

i am under Private sponsorship category

well how much notice do you need to give ur job? If u can give 2 weeks notice then maybe not it all depends

Unless you medical is about to expire, I wouldn't give your notice until your visa is in hand....

i have to give 1 month notice. and i asked the IOM. they said in within two months we will provide u the flight schedule.
