I have got my visa recently. I'm expecting to land Vancouver soon. Should I need to take vaccination (certificate)? Is it necessary to enter in Canada. I may ask you more question later. Thanks.

Yes Sir ,you need vaccination record (certificate) for your children at the time of school admission

No t is not necessary to take Vaccinaton record just to make entry in Canada however as Kaneman adviised it is definitly required to get your child admitted into school.
