Hai guys
I am on work permit in canada. i would like my spouse to visit me here. should i need employer letter to apply for visit visa or just the invitation letter is fine............pls help

The more you have the better. Get the employer letter proving you have work, but u will send the invite to your spouse.

Another question ,my work permit expires in july 2011. my employer is going to extend my work permit,now submitted for LMO. my spouse wants to apply for a visit visa in june 2011 as he has vacation only in that time. Is it a risk to apply when my work permit is only valid for 2 months? he wants to come only for 20days.

I don't know. Sorry. But if your employer has already submitted for an extention for your work permit, then submit the receipt or proof that an extention is in process.
