Should i inform to CHC uk before getting PPR step one????????

Hi every one ,
I done medical ,RPRF,PCC and schedule 1. two months ago. now Waiting for PPR. I am Pakistani national.
Beside this last week i got TRV of Canada from CHC islamabad.
 ( actually i applied before getting Medical papers) andd luckily i got it.
I have 10 years valid multiple UK visa also and i want to get visa personally from CHC UK.
My question is that.
Should i inform to CHC uk before getting PPR step one that i want to submit pp my self in CHC UK.
or when get PPR step one just go to UK and submit the PP.

Dear. Procedures are defined for any mode u want to opt for. No need of prior information to CHC about your intentions. Once u r in UK and u hv your PPR, simply visit CHC and submit passports for visa stamping.

On the contrary, if u r changing your residence permanently / shifting to UK, must inform to CHC otherwise no need.
