Hello,

I am a bit confused. I met w a lawyer a while back and he suggested I include some docs to supplement an answer to a question on one of the forms. The checklist states ". Do not send any additional documents when submitting your application to the CIO."

So, Is it okay for me to send in supp. info? is it okay to attach post it's to help explain what and why I am including things to help the officers?

If it supports your case no harm in sending it.
