how to apply/get FOSS or CAIPS ? whats difference between them ? does it give bad effect to our case or its processing speed ? should i ask any type of these notes ..my situation of process is below:

            i m in process for 40 months now at ISLAMABAD office "as family co-aplicant".my medicals done 2 years ago in 09. AND thank God back grounds r done in jan 2011 "had become  too long to finish". the point is should i just wait some time for thier next reply 'frm embasy'? as i read in here that when back grounds r done ,normally aplication gets finalized in 2 months .what the best recomendations for me .please guide best way .ur opinions r very helpfull and supportive in a time of pain .thanks my brothrs and sisters.God bless us all,AMEEN.
