Hello!
I'm going to immigrate as skilled worker. My specialty is software development. I've made some research.
As for me there are contradictionary research results about IT market expectations in Canada.

For Computer and Information Systems Professionals, over the period of 2009-2018, job openings are expected to total 131,006. It is expected that 190,335 job seekers will be available to fill these job openings.

The report was released by the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC). According to the report, over 106,000 IT related positions will become available between 2011 and 2016 in Canada; however there may not be enough people to fill those positions.

I'd like to know do shortage of such specialist or surplus expected?
Is there an impact of some projections for permission to immigrate as skilled worker?
