Funny you ask that, we have been looking at them too.
Not a bad quote either.
Its a shame that more people dont post there experiances with shipping.

There are number of shipping posts in Britishexpats but they mostly refer to shipping from the UK.  One the themes is that the "low" quote rises substantially when the shipper comes to inspect the shipment.

I looked for the same type of information for a while before I made my decision on which company I wanted to use to move to Toronto,Canada but unfortunately all I could find was reviews for other destinations on Relo.
We have had a very bad experience in the past with a removal company based in North London and we were worried it may happen to us again.
The quote I received from Relouk was the most competitive out of 5 and I wanted to makesure that there would be no hidden charges or extra costs incurred other than if my volume increased or went over the 400cubit ft quoted.
My husband and I decided to proceed with them any way as we were happy with the positive reviews online and when speaking to their office and sales team who were always very friendly, helpful and informative.
I am pleased to say that their services have been excellent in terms of the collection of our stuff, shipping and arrival times. I was especially pleased with the way they kept both my husband and I updated throughout the process as this was a MAJOR problem with the previous company we used. I have been in contact with their partner company in Canada who contacted me to arrange delivery of my items which arrived on Friday - all in all 7weeks from my door in London to Toronto...everything arrived safely and I thought i would post this as I had so much trouble finding reviews and making a decision.
I hope this helps.

I came across this thread as I was googling to find out more information if anyone else has had a poor experience with ReloUK. That's great that you had a good experience Cartwright, I wish I could say the same. I shipped my goods from UK to UAE back in mid-December and I'm still waiting for them to be delivered. I was told they would arrive in Dubai end of January 2012 but I have only just received confirmation that they will call me on Sunday or Monday to let me know when they can be delivered. On top of the very competitive quote I received, I have now had to add customs inspection charges of 200pounds. As I have no furniture, i have been staying in a hotel since February and the company is not paying any of these charges because of they delay and they have not communicated to me throughout the process so I would definitely not recommend them based on this experience and can now see why spending more money with a reputable company would have saved this inconvenience.

Hello Essex0227, I hope it helps with your decision although the most recent post is a little confusing.

misskani, Im sorry to hear this but from my experience with them I find it difficult to believe - I used ReloUK recenty and thought I would share my experience as too many people are very quick to post negative reviews about companies who offer excellent customer service (these type of companies are very difficult to find in this day and age).....
I was told that it would take between 8-12weeks for my goods to arrive as groupage and when they arrived after 7 I was very pleased. My previous relocation 2years ago was a groupage service and took 13weeks instead of the 8-10weeks advised by a rude sales assistant so I was obviously not best pleased but knew what to expect this time round.
