Hello Everyone !
Counselling can be a wonderful experience; finally unburdening yourself of things that have been troubling you for years. It can also be a painful, but necessary, medicine. It is often hard coming to terms with both our own weaknesses and problems, and also the pain that we really feel, and what has caused it...lets share and relax our self.
So, overall in this thread counselling for all the applicants with different case scenario and I request all to comment in proper way please.

It is a good practice to ease tension, frustration, improves mental and physical health.
Yes Buddy ! I agree Yoga relieves everything but never gives you peace of mind if a person is shuttling with problems ? Do you think Yoga will relieve him from the distress ! Only remedy sharing with each other and guiding during harder times will relieve the person from the burdens ! |
