SHARE PROBLEMS WITH NEW FORMS

Hi,
I just found this topic.
You guys just rocks..... awesome!!!
I have quick question. Some of the things discussed here (eg:- my travels in generic form and supplementary ) are not available in the latest forms. So shall I assume that those items are removed in the latest forms.
Could anybody confirm my assumption.

Hi All,

I checked if there is an updated forms today. And I saw that the Generic Application form for Canada (IMM0008) was updated .

After I download, The strange thing was If you will checked in the lower left of the form it says IMM 0008 (07-2011) E. But the form that I have downloaded months before was IMM 0008 (08-2011)E.

Try to check it now to see..

Then my question is.. Should we use the updated form which is IMM 0008 (07-2011) E because it is in their website? or we will based on the date which is IMM 0008 (08-2011)E?

As I've checked today and also yesterday, the Generic form IMM 0008 is still the same, no changes was made. The form number is still (08-2011)E.

Hi.. No it is 07-2011.. Maybe try to check it again. I checked now to see if I overlooked, but it is still (07-2011). Are you looking at IMM008ENU_2d? Actually, two forms were changed..

Hi All..

Just want to share you guys after using the Generic form-IMM0008ENU 2D_07 2011 E (based on their website).. There was no problem in filling up the form already.. Everything is smooth except the portion on Date tab (from and to), because there is no choices for present date.

I dont know if I can just handwritten the word (Present or 'to date').

Hope someone can share what did you do on that portion.

I am planning to submit my documents next week and i will just handwritten the word "present" on the  date tab (iMM008). But if u have other suggestions and comments kindly let me know.

- Supplementary Information = The form and the document checklist contradicts about the person who should fill this form.

NO, IT DOES NOT.
The person - APPLICANT in Supplimentary information form is not the main applicant of the FSW program, but an applicant for Permanent Residence. Bear in mind that the are not the same. Therefore, Any, yes any relevant person filling out that form is the applicant in that form.
