Hi,
I live in Egypt, and the process here takes from 18 to 24 months. currently I don't have the required points to apply to immigration yet. but as the time goes I'll get some points (work experience, Improving my english and french). my question is: should I submit my application now with my current qualifications and then update my status or I have to wait till I meet the minimum points?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Ahmed
I don't suggest you apply now while you don't have enough points.
What I strongly recommend is that you try find a scholarship to study in Canada and from within Canada, you can apply for immigration and have master or PHD. For your knowledge there is 900 Egyptian professors in Canada, most of them are working in the Engineering field. Also there are thousands of egy students.
Try this university: www.concordia.ca
Good Luck

Thanks Egyman for your reply. I'm interested with the scholarship idea and I'll try to find more information about it starting with the university you mentioned.
