My question is while submitting the FSW-1 application to CIO, is the Savings Account Passbook is sufficient which shows all of the recent transactions, or do we need to get the certificate from the bank conforming the deposit.

Thanks in advance

CHC demands original bank statement / original document duly stamped by Bank. Do visit following link to understand requirements in detail;

You can send 6 months bank statement it should be fine and its better if you can send a balance certificate as well along with the statements.
