few questions regarding the proof of funds. Can somebody answer these for me, Please.
1. If my spouse is the principal applicant, can I send a bank statement under my name?
Yes you can.
2. Is 6 months bank transaction is most for the application? Does it require to have the flow of whole $13,800(for 2 applicants) for the period of six months.
You need to have the required amount in your account does not matter if you show 6 months statement or not as there is no requirement on this, but most of the appilcants show only current balance certificate where they have deposited the required money just few days/weeks ago. But however visa officer can ask you again for the 3 0r 6 months statement at the time of medicals.
3. Do we need to send these document to CIO in Sydney or Visa office in Buffalo(for USA)?
If you have not applied to the CIO then yes you need to provide these documents to CIO Sydney.
