Also, I called again today to see if they could see my status. They gave me the line that the website said they were only at Aug 31, I said I know someone from Sep 14th that got approved. They then checked further and said that my file has not been opened. :-(

I am glad you were able to get through. I tried this morning with no luck. I have such a nervous feeling in the pit of my stomach. The worse part is that because I am in Quebec I NEED an email or letter, because I need to apply for CSQ and approval in Quebec before it goes to the VO, so I would love to have this step done before Xmas.... Leroadrunner, please keep me posted if you have any news and I will do the same! EVERYONE WHO IS GETTING APPROVED can you please share how you found out, if it was letter, email or a phone call.
