I have a couple of questions.

- Regarding the payment receipt, I paid, but I am not sure who's date of birth I should put, mine or my husbands? He already has a client ID as he is here on a work permit, so I assume I would put his Client ID?

- Regarding proof, I have submitted emails, facebook printouts, skype chat records, lots of plane tickets, lots of photos of trips we took together, our lease for our apartment which has both our names, is that enough? My parents and some friends were wondering if I needed letters from them saying that they are aware of our relationship, that they came to the wedding, etc, etc. By the way we have been together 3.5 years, and spent 2.5 of those long distance.

Congrats after the long preparations and gathering of everything to put the app all together is a very stressful process much more when u get to submit it and u wait lol. Ours was 5 inches thick and like 9Lbs lol I dont know is that good or what? they might be bored reading our chats and our emails lol. I just wish that when they see our app that they will just scan it and approve it cus just seeing the app will make their eyes tired lol.

we will submit in september 20 everything now is ready to send but istill want to print some pics and some chat coverssation yahoo emails and then send it to my sponsor and then put everything together then send it to immigration

hey they wont be bored they will be much happy than other application you know why bcz u put alot of proves this will be easier for them to make decision faster than any other case bcz you could proof that ur realationship is continuing and geniuing imean its real and its fake relationship or it just for visa
you must know that they doesnt read the letter or the cards or letters they just look at it and they notice the dates to know when  ur realationship started and i there breaking time imean they want to know if u break up wz ur spouse and this will be clear with the dates of letter or chat or cards that u sent them or anyother proof .u have to know that they didnt spacific any kind of proof they said for example
for me isent them the covers of envelopes bcz it dated and stamped and with many seals

yeah i sent that but were more on emails,chats, skype, and texts good thing i have an iphone i just screen shot all the text messages lol. I gave them our western union receipts with enclosed excell spreadsheet of all the info of western union transactions so that it will be easier for them. I sent them certifications that my hubby and I have a joint account and him being supplementary in my cc and he also got an insurance that i am the beneficiary and tons of pictures lol. Hopefully that will be good enough for them.

We met last year May of 2010 and then we became a couple two weeks after and the rest is history lol. I'm separated and we don't have divorce here in the Philippines that's why we can't get married so we went thru the conjugal partnership route I was denied twice with the temporary resident visa maybe because I'm a nurse because they think that if I'm a nurse I wont go back to my country and just work in Canada. He visited me twice he met my family and I met his dad since his step mom is also a Filipina. As much as we have all the proofs the conjugal partnership category is very difficult to prove that's why I'm very nervous with our application. I really miss him we haven't been together since april i dont remember a day that I didn't cry. He can't visit anytime soon since he's working 2 jobs and he's supporting me cus he asked me to quit my job. I don't want any arguments so I just agreed. I'm bored and the waiting is killing me yeah I know that it's too early to be anxious of the waiting game I tried talking to him that I will go back working and it usually just ends up in an argument lol. So the least I can do is give him the peace of mind that I'm just home all the time lol.

Congrats! I mailed ours yesterday, and yes, it is like delivering a baby. So nerve racking! Its like you hurry up so much to gather all the documents, only to sit and wait!

Lucky U submitted tons of picture.. Ours just 28 pictures including our trips and our wedding only eventhough we had plenty of it from softcopy to hardcopy.. i was upset little cause my hubby just submitted too small pictures even we had. Supposedly i said i will sent him the hardcopy he said no its heavy for dhl he will be the one to print them all. But he just sent few only he said thats enough and its too personal as what he said.. well we still had email, letters from his parents, bro, sis, cards sent by each other, skype videocall, skype calll credit from him to call my mobile, wedding gift cards, wedding receipts, western union when were still bf/gf, atm withdrawal after marrrigae..

I can't apply as spouse because me and my new partner now are not married. I submitted an affidavit that I am separated with my ex husband and besides he is living in the province and he wont cooperate with me as he wants to make my life miserable. I'm really praying and hoping for the best that's the reason we really sent in as much proof as we can and if they need more we still have it lol. I am ready if interview is required. I am willing to do anything to be with my new husband, this is my second chance in happiness and I'm so lucky to have met him. I love him with everything that I am. I didn't even know that I am capable of this kind of love and that I will be loved the same way. We consider ourselves as soul mates. We talk a lot everyday. I have magic jack so I call to wake him up for work, talk to him on his way to work, chat with him at work, call him during his first break, lunch break, and afternoon break, and when he comes home we talk on the phone and skype till he goes to sleep. My schedule is like Canadian time. I'm asleep during day time. This is pretty much what we do everyday.
