I checked our ecas today, and I was surprised to see my wife's (sponsor) address on top. Applicant's status is still 'Application Received' and not 'In Process'. But still nice to see something changing in ecas after 3 weeks of no activity. Is this a sign of a nice Christmas gift coming our way?  |

I just read from the other threads, the appearance of the sponsor's address in ecas is a GOOD SIGN! :-) That means that the VO has already received our application and is working on it. And even better news? Most of them got ppr within a month or two from that happening. God is working overtime! I hope and pray everyone here will get ecas updates from their VO soon, Christmas is coming and PPR's will come soon for us September batch.  |

I think if we knew about that Client ID earlier and logged in, my husbands ex's name would have appeared in it. Perhaps they pieced some stuff together after he hung up the phone yesterday, and were able to figure out that way that the letter had been sent.
It is also possible that it appeared after he hung up, or the person on the other side of the phone overlooked it. She was very helpful and even mentiuoned that our file had been opened on the 25th, so I can't imagine she didn't tell my husband on purpose!
I think next week might bring the first good news message for October!
I still see some "holes" in the September topic, some people are still waiting, and some no doubt got approved but didn't tell us.
@ Kedeisha: My application wasn't received in the outland VO yet (as far as I know) so could you please remove that line for me? I will tell you if I get an AOR or an ecas update that gives me a date, but for now I don't have one. The last received date for me was Sept 22, and that was in Mississauga.
