Yes I sent it to mississage on sept 14th, and then it's off to Syria after step 1.

Hi Bilal ! I sent mine in yesterday then its off to Syria as well...I don't know whats going on with Syria office it is going to take forever, aaal 13 months!  and to top that off we need to wait over 2 months just to get approved as sponsors!!! |

The ones that are being sent is the last 2 months they don't send it to Syria anymore they send it to a ottawa because of the problems they are having in Syria. And I have Haredim the one that being sent to Ottawa get processed faster.  |

I am happy to hear that application sent the last 2 months are proccesed in Ottawa for part 2, are u sure?  I sent my application around the 17th of july till now no response! |

Hi everyone,
I thought we should have our own forum for those who have applied for family sponsorship since May 2011 that are Lebanese
I sent in my application in May 2011, recvd approval for sponsoring my husband June 2011, and now it is sent to Beirut Feb 3, but I was advised by my MP that for the last 8 months my file along with 150 other files were on hold due to the situation in Syria. Anyone else has the same experience?

You can check the January 2012 thread too. I think some of January applicants have already got their approval letter. |

yeeeees someone who applied Jan 9th got already her approval the others who applied at the beginning of January started to get confirmation of receipt and the sponsor part starts to b processed join us there!! |

Hi Guys, My application was received Jan 19, but instead of getting the approval, I called to follow up and they told me that they haven't received it!!! I did send the application as a registered mail and I have a proof, they asked for the number of the fees receipt and courier bill number to follow up, if not found within 90 days, then I need to re-apply Very upsetting, but this what happened, any advice for my situation will be appreciated. Thanks. |
