all you need to do is inform chc that you wish to remove her from your application due to divorce related reasons. think well before you do this as you might not be able to add her again if she changes her mind.Has the DMP sent your medicals and your sons?

Firstly try to convince her for medical, if she refused then tell her that later you cant accompany her to CANADA  and send your and ur sons medical. then you and your son will get PPR and then VISA accordingly.
also you can inform this to your visa office.

Just tell her that for her son's future she should do it.

Why does she want a divorce? I might sound silly but don't crucify me. It shows this woman does not really love you or your son. Even if she wants a divorce, the reasonable thing is to do it for her son's future . From all indications, there might be one guy with sugar coated mouth deceiving her. Guy, tell her your verdict if she insists she is not doing the medicals that she can do her whatever she likes. Remember your son's future and your hapiness matters most as this woman does not really care about you guys!!

You do not need to worry, go ahead with your application. I don't know when you intend to marry her but she can be added at a later stage.

I may be wrong but I believe you should only be concern if you are depending on your spouse for points under the “Adaptability” category to attain 67 points.

Write to CIC to withdraw her application on irreconcilable grounds and prepare for life without her. The fact that she is your wife does not mean she wants the best for you!!

I request cic to grand me 3 more months time to get her medicals done or else update you with my family status. Now its 2 months already passed.I applied my self without any agents or lawyers and such a situation I never expected in my dreams. If any one can guide me good please advice.

Don't worry you can achieve a lot within this last month. Can you get a divorce if not CIC will not continue to process except you write to them confirm she is no longer interested in emigrating to Canada!!!! Wait for other peoples advice as well.
