sent my immigration docs

Thanks for your information and efforts actually I just want to guide me and tell me what should I do and what I shouldn't .  

I already sent my immigration papers  on 27/12/2010 via local post office from Syria to Canada
immigration papers + applications which are sent :

•Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]  
•Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]  
•Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]  
•Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
•Document Checklist [IMM 5612]  
•supplementary information form-Damascus  
 
+

  1.Advance English courses from 2 local institutes ( without IELTS certificate)
  2. Family card
  3.Transcript of individual civil -status record
  4.Student's card (2nd year university e-commerce)
  5.Qualification course for worker at the travel & tourism offices
  6. Document of handing a flat
  7. Attestation of commercial secondary certificate
  8. copy for my passport
    
                                                ( All of these papers stamped on them from sworn translator )

Please give me your opinions and advices

Hi Tigerwood,

As per your documents , you have not submitted IELTS Result. Is your advance english course is recognized by Canada Immigration Authorities. If yes, then there is not problem. If no, then there is a problem.

I am not much aware about the requirement of Damascus Office.

what maby they will do ?? will they going put them in trush can if there isn't an ielts certificaite??and what i should i do?

what about my papers , are they good enough or not ?

Dear Tigerwood,

There are clear cut instruction for the documents to be submitted to CIO and especially for English proficiency (IELTS) & country PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) which needs to be submitted at later stage.

I am not sure about your other documents and other members of Damascus can help you regarding this.

Without valid IELTS Certificate,chances are very less to get application approved.

They will return your papers because it is incomplete. They will not process application without IELTS.

So, take IELTS and resubmit your documents along with the IELTS results.

You should have asked all this before sending the documents to Canada.

After everything is done , you are asking what to do and what not to do. You have done it already.

send original ielts with a cover letter

 Submit all docs required as per the check list if you do not want ur application returned

TW:  what NOC are you applying under?  Is it in the NOC 29?  I couldn't figure it out from what you have written.  You definitely will need to include a valid IELTS (original) with your application.  I also didn't see reference to FEE PAYMENT in your list??  As suggested, follow the CIO and your VO specific checklists to the letter and you will not go wrong.  Good Luck.
