Sent my docs after they set it back

I set my docs in january but we set ielts academic instead general, we received the docs back with an explanation letter, now, we send  it again with general ielts results and 1 week they made  the charge in our credit card. Is that mean that docs are being consider? Which is next step Can someone help me? Thanks in advance

Yes, the charge of your cc is a positive thing. Now you have to wait for them to e-mail you with your PER. The most recent time frames show that you should get an e-mail a month after they received your application.
